Make Everyone Happy
Eight neighbors. Conflicting wishes. One tiny building.
Tap a resident below, then an apartment. Tap two occupied apartments to swap residents. Neighbors share an edge, not a corner. Left windows face the street; right windows face the garden.
Eight people. Eight opinions.
About Make Everyone Happy
Make Everyone Happy is an apartment logic puzzle about eight residents with conflicting wishes. Some want a particular floor or window; others want to live close to, or far from, another resident. Every generated building has a solution, though more than one arrangement may work.
How to play
- Read each resident’s two requests beside the building.
- Select a resident, then choose an apartment to move them into.
- Choose two occupied apartments to swap their residents.
- Keep adjusting the layout until all eight residents and every request turn green.
Scoring and challenges
The result records your moves and hints. A neighbor shares an edge, not a corner. Requests about distance use the number of horizontal and vertical apartment steps.
Questions about the game
Is every building solvable?
Yes. The requests are generated from a valid arrangement. You may find another arrangement that also satisfies them.
How does the daily puzzle work?
Today’s building uses your local calendar date. A shared link preserves the exact puzzle even if your friend is in a different time zone.
